Bill higher than normal

I've just received my latest bill and it's £7 more than I was expecting and I can't understand why.

Can someone tell me if I am missing something obvious before I try and contact VM

    Hi ctbfc

Scroll down your bill and see if there is anything listed under Usage charges (see screenshot below)

Hi - thanks for the response. That is the issue - I am being charged for Netflix premium (which I don't have), just the standard once that is included with VM.

Do you know if that is that for Netflix to resolve or do I need to contact VM?

        Hey ctbfc,

Welcome back to the community and thanks for taking the time to post. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your package at the moment. Are you able to check the package that you have via your Netflix account and confirm that you only have the standard account?

        Kind Regards,

        Steven_L

  • I thought I'd sorted this issue out over live chat, but after one bill showing the correct amount it has gone back to £74. What is the best way to get this corrected permanently, and ideally recieve credits for all the months I have overpaid?
