Bill gone up by £50!!

Gone onto the virgin app to pay the bill which should be £17.99 and it's telling me it's nearly £65!! 

I've had no communication off virgin to say there's an increase because no way am I paying that for fibre!! 

Tried to get through on the phone its ridiculous. Asking for phone number which I haven't got a phone. Can't speak to a person

  • The normal reason for such an increase is because you had a offer on your package which has now expired. 

    Another is because your contact has come to an end, do you know when your contract expires? It might be worth checking to see.

    Sorry to hear about the jump in price on your account.

    We do send our end of contract notifications a month before. It might best to check your online account again to see if you have the correct email address set up.

    Also your contract is shown online here 

    Sadly as a community team we are unable to deal with billing, package changes on here.
