Bill credit not applied

Hi

I signed up with Virgin Media with an £80 bill credit however I have received my first bill and that has not been applied to the bill. 

Who do I contact to resolve this?

    We're sorry to hear the credit hasn't been applied to your first bill 😔

    In order to look into this for you, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.

    If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
