Bereavement help
Early next week I'll be helping an elderly neighbour who has recently suffered a bereavement sort out some issues with a Virgin media account which was in her late husband's name. She has already had several traumatic and fruitless interactions with your call centre staff with no resolution. For example, despite telling you that her husband had died correspondence and phone calls continue to be made in his name.This is causing her further distress.
I'm assuming that as a caring and empathetic company you have specific bereavement team who can help her/us. Please can you let me have their number please?
I also know that she has had problems with remembering the account password.
I'd appreciate your help in preparation for my call to you early next week with a full expectation that all her account related issues will be resolved effectively, efficiently and to her satisfaction.
