Being overcharged as contract not updated

I am finding it frustrating that I updated my contract back in February 25 for further 18 months (I have the documents to prove it) but Virgin Media are still overcharging me by £24 per month and did not update my contract details so my account states the contract is coming to an end. Trying to get through to someone that I can actually speak to is a nightmare as the auto-response phone number just cuts off and tells me to look online!!
Anyone have any tips how I can get hold of an actual person instead of a robot?
