Being overcharged as contract not updated

I am finding it frustrating that I updated my contract back in February 25 for further 18 months (I have the documents to prove it) but Virgin Media are still overcharging me by £24 per month and did not update my contract details so my account states the contract is coming to an end.  Trying to get through to someone that I can actually speak to is a nightmare as the auto-response phone number just cuts off and tells me to look online!!

Anyone have any tips how I can get hold of an actual person instead of a robot?

    Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your account at the moment. 

    Did you agree and provide consent to the documents that the team sent over to you when going through your package change? If this wasn't done the contract wouldn't have been added to your account and you'd have remained on the same package.

  • The same thing happened to me TWICE and I did use the link sent in the texts to accept the deals. Definately appears to be a problem with your system.
