Being evicted and still being charged termination fee

We’ve been served a section 21 eviction notice and have to leave at short notice. Seems like a reasonable reason to terminate our internet contract and yet we are being asked to pay £315, which is ridiculous as this is completely out of our control. Is there anything we can do?

Have been a customer for four years before this!

    When did you receive this notice? It's illegal if you aren't given at least two months to leave.

    My uderstanding is that VM has waived the EDF for some customers, presumably on getting evidence of a legal S21.
