Been charged an installation fee

Hi,

I had virgin broadband put in last Saturday and upon receiving my first bill I’ve noticed it’s included a £19.99 installation fee. When I spoke to the sales person about getting broadband I was told that this charge would be waived, but this hasn’t seemed to be the case. Also prior to signing up I’ve seen on the comparison sites that for the exact same package I have taken out that you get £75 in bill credits, again I was told I would get this too, but this hasn’t seemed to be the case.

I am hoping both these issues can be resolved otherwise it leaves me with no other choice than to cancel my subscription. Thank you.
