I get this error when i click on the option to renew my contract, if i click on change my package it just takes me to the live chat page which cut me off mid conversation. Is there a workaround for this as my contract ends in 5 days and i want to keep the services i have but theyy want an extra £148 a month.

Sorry to hear you are having some difficulties taking out a package via your online account, and that you've also had issues with the webchat support trying to get this sorted!
