Automat pay call

I would like to know who decided change voice way talking when i call automat pay to pay . Speaking lines were perfect before you could check if you tiped correct numbers of your card and NOW will tell me only last 4 digits. Then telling me how much i will pay sats 0£ (useless) then how much ive already paid then how much i will pay. Very messy and VERY SLOW i dont like it. Sometimes i have to tiped more then twice because automat did not recognised it. 

I press 1 from option then should go straight to next step, no i starting hearing 2nd like i did not press nothing. Thats way it is messy. Terrible.

Can they change it back? THIS CHANGE WAS NOT NECESSARY. MAKE IT HARDER FOR PEOPLE TO PAY. And no i don't want to leave my card details there.

      Thanks for replay but i did not talk about paying my virgin bill here or anywhere else! I was just saying it is worse to make it by phone. Thats my choice to pay this way. But after you have changed it just give less sence then before where you could make sure your bank card numbers has been correctly tiped not just hear last 4 digit as a check.
