Asian Mela

Had what appears to be a legitimate email confirming an addition of a subscription to Asian Mela this afternoon.

Nobody in the household has done this.

Any suggestions of best number to contact.

Waiting to speak to an Agent but current wait time is 60 minutes

    Adding chargeable subscriptions should require either a TV PIN, access to your online account (password protected) or passing security (quoting a password) with a CS agent.

    CS are on 150 from a VM landline, 0345 4541111 from any other phone, or waiting a day or so on this forum.
