area reference

Hello, 

I am a new customer and I am trying to register for My Virgin Media App. I have my account number, but I don't have my area reference code. Please can you tell me the area reference code for post code E17 5RT?

    Same issue. Please supply area code for gu28au 

    maybe supply these areas codes on website? Seem to be an issue for many people 😞
