Area code?

I cannot seem to make contact for help with my account without an area code. I do not have a bill to check. Can you help me ? Post code Le67 1DN.

      Could you please confirm 

       

      •  What is your name? 
      •  What is the account number, or the full post code and house number? 

      •  What is the name of the account holder? 

      •  Are we currently speaking with the account holder?

        Thank you for reply. I have discovered my account is now with O2. For anyone else who gets confused like me, if you are now with O2, just phone from your mobile 202.
