Looking to access my account due to constant drop outs, seems to be possibly linked to my older Hub 3.

Check your contract for it which would have been emailed to you.
Also check for local faults on 0800 561 0061 and set up a BQM to further monitor your connection over time https://www.thinkbroadband.com/broadband/monitoring/quality
