Area code

Hi,

We are trying to access my deceased father-in-law account to close it down but can not find any paper bills or log into his accounts. We are trying to complete the bereavement disconnection but it is requesting his area code but are unable to find it anywhere, can you please help? 

His post code was Bb67hw.

    Anyway the reference for this area is 20.

    Sorry to read that your father in law has passed away. Sending condolences, support and upliftment.

    You can either cancel the account or transfer the service by completing the online firmsand returning tham by email  via the download links in the What do to if the account holder has passed away section on <this page> 

    You can also contact the bereavement team directly on 0800 952 2302. They're available between 8am—7:45pm Monday to Friday, and 9am—5:45pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
