App sign in

I can no longer sign in to the App nor on the VM Web.. I have tried all the basic options to fix & also followed the all advanced options offered but still the following problems. 

  1. Enter Email Address 
  2. Verify Email 
  3. Your email address has been VERIFIED Return to screen you started journey in
  4. Back to entering email address page. 
  5. But Again... Verify Email 

In this same loop.

I'm using an android & Chrome but tried, others

    Yes I have tried to deleting and re installing. It just falls into the same loop once re downloaded.

      Thanks for coming back to the thread. On the browser for us, (we'll work on the app when we've sorted the browser).

      Are you using a VPN/Got one in-built? If so, can this be removed and then try logging in again?

    Please can you confirm have you tried uninstalling and then reinstalling your app? If so what happens?
