App Sign in

I can no longer sign in to the App nor on the VM Web.. I have tried all the basic options to fix & also followed the all advanced options offered but still the following problems. 

  1. Enter Email Address 
  2. Verify Email 
  3. Your email address has been VERIFIED Return to screen you started journey in
  4. Back to entering email address page. 
  5. But Again... Verify Email 

In this same loop 14 times please Fix the problem. 😵‍💫😡

I'm using an android & Firefox browser

As I've yet to receive the OPPORTUNITY email to join, how do I now sign in to my account ..

    Thank you for your post. We're sorry to hear about the issue signing into your online account. 

    After the email address has been verified and you return to the screen your started on it should load to another page. 

    Does that not happen?

    After I enter my email address which is then verified I'm returned to the original page.. Asking to enter my email address again. But I'm then in a loop to verify my email address. Not loading another or different page.

      Would you be able to try via an alternative device, or browser? (We just need to isolate if the issue is with your My VM login itself or could be linked to the type of device / software / browser you are using.

        Hi Molly

        I've tried to login using a different device both Motorola phones , Android v13 but the Android v15 software does take me to different page.. Did I request link etc.. But Again back to the loop. Using the The chrome browser better than using Firefox but still going into loop Problems.

        So no matter which device, browser, & App still not working & feeling like a groundhog day. 

  • I have been unable to change my email address my account is linked to as its an old one we no longer used.

    Called customer services twice but been told due to an IT issue since 14th July they still cant make any changes to our account!!! Cant login to tv go or sky sports anymore on mobile devices!!! Absolutely ridiculous
