(Another) TNT related renewal

Afternoon,

Like many other posters, I've been invited to renew my package, moving from rolling monthly to a fixed length contract for a discount. Also like others, this stated 'Choose this deal and keep your current Virgin Media plan without losing anything'. It's only now that the final email, post the 14 day cooling off, has come through, that it states 'we've removed TNT Sports'

Is anyone able to help change this so I get what was offered? I've got a screenshot of the offer page that I can share if someone let's me know where to share it, which states both that I currently have TNT and the line above about not losing anything.

Thanks.

  • Can you post up screenshots of what you saw/received/were sent, that claims no loss of channels, "same package" or "includes TNT Sports"?

Forum staff should respond in a day or so, once you provide that.

Thanks Japitts, screenshot hopefully now below. Top section outlines the current package, and the bottom has the line about 'without losing anything'

Thank you for reaching back out.

        Have you clicked this deal?

I can see it does state TNT sports, these deals do take around 10 - 14 working days to go through.

Has it been this long and is TNT sports not working now?

  • Just a follow up note to say this has now been sorted, with the original offer being honoured. Thanks to the forum team for the help..

Fingers crossed Virgin will sort out their wording on renewals to make things clearer for others in the future.
