Another customer here who is unable to set up their virgin media account - not able to link

Hi,

I have been unable to link my virgin media account as apparently the email is incorrect. It's not. I've just spent 40+ minutes on the phone and still no-one answering.

Please can someone fix the issue?

    or when was the last time you logged in to view your bills?

    VM was asking people to to change their main VM Email to 3rd party have you done this?

      I've not use an ISP based email address for 25+ years, so it won't be that
