Another Aklamio referral pending

I made a referral in October 2024 my aklamio login shows it as pending since 12/10/24 and it has been pending since.

I have contacted Aklamio on several occasions via email, they're contact number doesn't work

On both occasions they have said they are waiting for virgin media to confirm conditions have been met.  With the most recent saying they can't do anything and it's down to virgin media but as soon as they hear anything they will let me know.

Which is fair enough until you do a quick online search and see the amount of people not recieving rewards and the back and forth game with Virgin and Aklamio.

Thought I would ask on here first before I submit an official complaint and go down that route.

Any advice would be great.
