Amazing Service!

My current package had expired so I needed to renew it! Raja Omar Khan was absolutely amazing!! It was the best customer service I have ever experienced with Virgin Media! Please can this be mentioned to his Manager! He is doing a fabulous job and really listens to the customers needs!

    They won't last long then 🙂 Did you check your contract to make sure all is fine and dandy and as agreed?

    If it is, only the billing cycle to wait now, to see if everything is as agreed with regards to price and what's actually billed.

      Everything looks good so far. As you said, just need to wait for the billing cycle. Fingers crossed!
