Am I able to request a 360 Box?

Hi there,

I've recently upgraded to a TV Package and I can see that I'm getting a Stream box sent. I would much rather have a 360 Box and I'm wondering if there is any way to request this?

Appreciate there may be a fee to be and I'm happy to cover this.

Thanks in advance

You'll need to call VM Sales and pay £50. Unless you have a Hub 5x.

Is it not possible with a Hub 5? I think I have a Hub 5 as I'm Coax, 5x is for Full Fibre if my reading is correct?

Not with full fibre which uses 5x.

VM's recordable TV set top boxes (TV360) only work on the older DOCSIS cable network which uses coaxial copper cables which carry both the linear broadcast TV channels & the DOCSIS internet. A TV360 box (if available) carries a £49.99 activation fee, and can only be ordered by contacting the sales team on 0800 183 1234.  Any additional boxes would be the non recordable Stream boxes.

(The Stream (Flex) box became the default TV choice for all of VM's new customers around 9 months ago. )

I had a special offer where I paid an extra £5.00 per month for the Mix It package. I assumed I would get a Stream Box, but instead, I received a Virgin 360 Box. No extra charge was applied.
