Aklamio Bonus

I made a post about this 5 minutes ago but it seems to have not been posted for some strange reason so making it again, if this becomes a double post can a mod please remove one.

Had my services start on December 24th 20204, used a friends referral code to join, have spoken to Aklmaio (painfully slowly via email) who have opened a support ticket under my friends account, and have said the below (copied form email):-

'We have successfully created a Support Request for you and your friend (ID: 158998), which we will promptly forward to our partner, Virgin Media, for verification.

Please note that Virgin Media typically requires up to 3 months to process and verify the request. While we understand the importance of timely resolution, we kindly ask for your patience during this verification period. Unfortunately, we have no control over the time it takes our partner to complete this process.'

3 months?!?!?!?! seriously?!?!?!? it takes VM 3 months to release a bonus reward? Can someone from VM look into this for me please? It ridiculous the time scale!
