will someone please help me before I combust. I am trying to set up an Aklamio account to receive my £50 from a referral - the other half has received his no problem, but every time I click on the link to set it up it keeps taking me to a random page. I have requested a replacement link but no joy. I have spent three hours on this today, next stop ombudsman!
Did you use your friends unique sharing link or code to place your order, as your Aklamio account should have been set up at the point of ordering your VM services?
Which link are you using to set up an Aklamio account? Which random page are you sent to?
Have you tried a different browser?
I’m not particularly tech savvy so you’ll have to bear with me. My son referred us to virgin, so it was he that instigated the whole thing. He received his link and used the code and secured his £50. However, the link that was sent to us from aklamio to set up a password account to claim our £50, just flashes up briefly, then takes us to the page to get a code to refer someone/to sign in, which we can’t do because we’ve not set it up yet!? I hope you can get the gist of what I’ve said. I don’t know if it’s because I’m using iPad/iPhone to do it. I’m so frustrated with the whole thing, to be honest.
we use safari as our preferred internet browser.
Oh and yes, the email with the link was sent as soon as we placed the order.
