After moving to a new place, my account still shows the old address

HI, I am having the same issue. After moving to a new place, my account still shows the old address and area reference. Hence, I am not able to view or pay all my bills.

    Thanks for your post and welcome to our community.

    If you've moved home, you'll have a new account number and possibly a new area reference.

    You can find these on the monthly 'Your Virgin Media bill is ready' emails we send. This will also be on any contract emails sent for the new address. 

    Please register the new details here

    Please use a new email address if possible.

      Hi Vikki, thanks for you reply. 

      I know my account number and area reference. But when I register for the account with my email, I get the message that email is already in use by other account. I don't want to create any new email just to change account number or area reference. It should be possible from your end.
