Additional feature charges

Ever since getting these put in my house. Every month there are additional features charges on my account. I have fought and fought with we dont buy anything and we have been with them 20 years and never purchased a thing. So i got them to put a block on all my on demand services and yet again there are more charges added again and its over Christmas & New year when we werent even staying in the house as we were at family over that period. Can someone get back to me with some help. I have also contacted the ombudsman as well.
