Don't think you can do this. AFAIK each VM account has only one account holder.

I think the closest thing you can do is to stick the VM bill on a joint bank account.

As per other replies, VM don't do joint account holders in the same way as banks offer.
Each account has one sole account-holder, although additional third parties can have access rights enabling them to make changes & report faults.

We would need to advise that the advice offered by your fellow users is correct in the most part.
Third parties cannot be added to an account as a joint account holder but do have the ability to discuss an account with us, provided they pass data protection.
However there are some barriers for third parties in relation to the account, which largely centre about the administration of log in details, package changes and alterations of the contact details to name a few.
