Account Suspended
I had my account suspended out of the blue yesterday afternoon. My account information stated this was for none payment but upon checking my account and bank account I am up to date, as all direct debits have been taken. I have now spoke to three different people who have confirmed my account was suspended incorrectly but could give no explanation as to why and despite being assured my account would be activated and being told my account is active and the problem is being investigated. I am still waiting for a return of service 24 hours later. Any help sorting this would be appreciated.
