Account Page Constantly Reloads

When I try to login into my Virgin Media online account, the page constantly reloads.

This issue has been raised in several threads in this community but there doesn't appear to be a resolution.

I've tried all the usual possible solutions; clear cookies, clear cache, different browsers, etc. No luck.

Any ideas welcome.

    What happens when you try going down forget password / username?

    Does it do anything at all for you?

    Is it giving you any error messages at all? 

    When was the last time you was able to get into this account?
