Account number and area code

Hi, I’ve made an order for wifi to be installed on Friday the 19th. I’ve not had an order confirmation, I can see that my order has been accepted but no account has been created either. I only got an email about pre contract documents. No payment has been taken for my order yet either and I have booked a technician so I don’t understand why payment hasn’t been taken.

    I am so sorry that you have faced this issue and confusion regarding your install, and we are so glad to hear that you are joining our services! 

    We would not take a payment until the service has been installed, however you should have had a welcome email so I will be happy to check and confirm the order with you via a private message.
