Account Management Request

Hi Forum Team

Can a colleague or representative please contact me via direct messaging on here to discuss my Virgin Media account?

I need to talk to a real human being. Dialling 150 from my home phone to talk to an automated robot, which refuses to let me talk to your team is highly frustrating. 

As you can appreciate I do have details to.diacuss which I need to do in private and not on a public forum.

I would be eternally grateful if a representative would contact me on the number on my account, or leave me contact details so I can contact your company.
