Account issues
hello ,
i have just moved house and told virgin media i was moving and i got sent new equipment for the new house with a new account number but my old account is still active so is my equipment.
i have tried to log into my virgin media account to set up with my new account but unable to do it because it logs me in using my old account number how can i change this to my new account when i try to set it up i get the email address you are trying to use is already registered.
also the new equipment that i have been sent is not what i wanted because the virgin media incoming cable is down stairs which is fine the new hub is connected to that and i have connected my TV with the little stream box but my computer is upstairs so how do i get internet to my computer
