Account issues

I cannot get into my account since changing to the new sign in system. I get asked for the email address to get sent a link which never arrives to reset the password. I have tried calling to get this resolved but get told I need to supply my password for security reasons. Even though that is what I am trying to reset.

    I have tried calling and sorting this again but still not getting anywhere. Can anyone advise this is just frustrating cannot get anywhere by calling virgin just going round in circles.
