Having the same issue is this a technical team issue or customer support not sure which team to report it to as have raised this issue now on three separate occasions and still no resolution. Have been told it’s an IT Team Issue they don’t take calls
Just the standard customer service team. Just ask for a reactivation link to be sent.
Tried that and they don’t know what that is
