Account closed after house move

I’ve moved address (currently still awaiting installation…. That’s another story) but noticed that it now says I’ve left virgin media and my account is now closed? Can’t access anything anymore, does anyone know what’s happened? It’s still showing old address and I haven’t been given a new account number or anything either. Thanks!

    Thanks for taking the time to contact us via the Community. It's lovely having you on board with us in the Forums. ⭐

    Apologies to hear that since moving home, you've not been able to access your My Virgin Media. When you move, you get a new account so therefore My VM needs to be re done. As the email address is already connected to your old address, we would need to complete a move and transfer. This isn't something that can be done until the new account, at the new address is installed and active. 

    Once this has happened, pop back to us and we can get the My VM side of things sorted for you 😊
