Account and paid, yet missed payment on credit file upon house move
I have closed my account with Virgin due to a house move. My final month bill was taken via direct debit as per usual and from the exact same bank account on file. No direct debit cancelled my end either. All left as per usual! This was confirmed over the phone direct with Virgin, all balance was paid and account closed! YET Virgin have uploaded a missed payment on my credit file! I am due to complete on a house this month and am in full panic mode. This is ALL virgins fault! Who makes such a stupid mistake. I have never ever missed a payment in the 5 years! Awful service and now I am panicking big time!! Disgrace!
