Account Access issues
Hi,
Since Virgin Media and O2 combined websites I have no longer been able to access my account. I have jumped through all the hoops, tried linking my old email. Created a new email and tried to link that but all i get when trying to link when I provide my account details is "Your account cannot be found."
I contacted accounts by phone at the end of July and the person on the call did his best to help but had to put it to the IT dept for resolution. He said they would contact me in 5 working days with a fix but this never happened and I still cannot get in.
What makes it worse is that I was about to accept a great deal on my account for renewing my contract which the person at accounts said he could not match as he said you get better deals online. So now I have been paying full price for the past month which I am very unhappy about and all this nonsense of being unable to get online is making me want to cancel my subscription.
I hope you can help me with this issue ASAP?
