Accidentally bought an adult channel

Hi,

I accidentally clicked on an adult channel. I was browsing through the channels and wasn’t paying attention when it asked for my pin and I entered my pin and it told me I bought a night ticket from 10pm to 5am or something like that. How do I cancel or why this refunded. There was no warning or follow up message stating if I was sure I want to purchase. I have been a. Virgin customer for number of years and never had this occur.

Please can you let me know if this is a one off occurrence and can I get a refund?

    We're sorry to hear that this happened. When going to purchase content, it does ask you to enter in the PIN to confirm you want to purchase. If you've entered in the PIN, this would be confirmation of you purchasing said channel/content. 

    We wouldn't be able to refund this type of purchase. What we can do, is check the account to ensure this was a one off purchase and that you've not subscribed to the channels being added and charged for monthly.
