Accessing account

On 5th November I used chat to change my main contact email address as all virgin emails were no longer accessible.Since then I've had no updates or notifications,other than to say my Virgin Media O2 ID was created.

I tried to log in tonight & it asked to link my virgin account.(Something that I presumed had happened on 5/11.)In attempting this I had to enter the old account email (virgin,not accessible) & password.It then said password not verified,but I can't access the email address to verify it.Any ideas,anyone?

    When you login or try to does it state any error messages or codes?

    Does it allow you to login?
