Access to virgin media settings failed

Every time I try to access my settings i get the following error message;

'oops, looks like something's wrong on our side. Please try again.'

I've rang customer support who accessed my account from there end and had the same issue and apparently logged a ticket as they said it would be an issue on there end to be resolved. Unfortunately this hasn't happened. I've tried logging in on my laptop through the website, the app on my phone and internet browser on my phone and have the same issue. This has been ongoing for several days no and still no fix. I've also tried logging in using a pass key and a manual password and via a link but I was still unable to access my settings.

I would like to change my online security settings but I'm unable to do so as I can't access them. Any support on this matter would be appreciated.

    We're sorry to hear you're having some issues accessing your online account.

    Can you access any page on your online My Virgin Media account?

    Or is it just the settings page that isn't loading?
