Absolute nightmare…
I joined only in December and it’s been one thing after another! I started with the Black Friday deal which was for 3 months free and Disney +. I was then billed in the first month so I rang up and had to speak to 5 different people before this was resolved. Then I started to received emails for another customer! I have been sent his address/bank details/account number etc which is a serious data breach so it worry’s me that my information is not secure! I have then received my next bill and it is double what I signed up for! They have said I am being charged twice for Disney + which I had an email to say it was included in the price of what I signed up for.
