6 months waiting for a refund cheque (3+ separate attempts)
When I first got my Virgin Media account, there were issues with the registered address so Virgin Media (kindly) moved us over. However I still got charged for the account change £199.03 that I was told would be refunded. I was told this on the phone when the admin change was made. When I saw I had no refund, I called again and they told me they would get me a cheque. Fast forward attempts in February, March, and May, I've still not received the cheque even though I've been told every time it would be sent.
It seems from a quick search that other people have encountered this situation. Has anyone got this solved?
