2 end dates on contract clarification?

I took out a new contract in April 2024, got messed about because I was told TNT would be part of the contract, this was later rectified but my current contract shows 2 end dates for discounts, my one discount will end Thursday 2nd October 2025 but I have another discount that will end Saturday 4th October, i'm looking to leave when my contract end's so my question is when do I put my 30 days notice in to end my contract before the price skyrockets?

    Do you mind sharing how much you are paying for TNT sports? I tried to negotiate and they wouldn't include it nor netflix premium. Currently paying 83 for 3 boxes UHD sky sports 1 gig and netflix standard when before was paying 68 for the whole shebang with TNT and nflx premium.
