According to my current bill, I owe £6 from my previous bill.
No idea why, I don't particularly care why, but if it's owed I would like to clear it asap.
Will this get taken with the next direct debit or do I need to make a specific payment for it?
How and where do I do this?
Please let there be a way of me doing this without calling Virgin media as the combination of jazz music and speaking to your reps usually makes me want to kill myself!

Thanks for coming back to us on this one. We're not able to take payments via the Forum I'm afraid.
If you have a Direct Debit in place, an outstanding will be added to your next bill and will come out automatically so you won't need to make a separate payment 😊
