£50 Voucher Credit Not Applied During Sign-Up
I just signed up for Virgin Media Broadband today and ran into an issue with the £50 Wi-Fi voucher credit - I didn't know where to enter the code
During the sign-up process, I had trouble entering the voucher code. I contacted the chat support team, and they advised me to continue through to the payment summary after entering my card details, saying I’d be able to enter the code on the next page.
I followed that advice, but after entering my card details and clicking next, the order was completed—and there was no option to enter the voucher code at all.
I went back to the chat to explain the situation, but this time a different person told me the voucher code should have been entered at the very start of the order. Unfortunately, I wasn’t aware of this and now I still haven’t received my voucher credit.
It’s only been a couple of hours since my account became active, and I do still have the voucher code. I'm quite disappointed with how this has gone, especially as a brand-new customer.
