I bought the student virgin media package that came with a £50 Just Eat voucher, but I've received no communication about it at all. Our broadband was installed on October 10th 2025. When will we be sent our voucher? The advert very much made it seem that the voucher would be immediate.

Sorry to hear you're still awaiting the email with the Just Eat voucher as part of your sign up, we appreciate you taking the time to raise this with us via the forums and welcome to the community.
If you are currently at university, we have had some reports of the email being blocked by them, or at least held for 7 days. Given you were installed well before that time frame we're eager to look into this for you.
