£25 REACTIVATION FEE
Why am I being asked to pay £25 reactivation fee when i reactivated my account within 2 weeks of the previous contract. I was told that there is a 30 day period within which i am allowed to reactivate my account (which i did) and i wont be charged for it. i am using the same equipment and all connections were done by me with no technical assistance. Please can this be removed from my bill asap. Thank you
