£100 Sign Up Credit Not Applied to Account

Spoke with sales person, Ade who offered a £100 credit for signing up with Virgin Media. He submitted the credit form and his manager approved it but it is not showing up on my account.

Just to confirm, did you sign up with us directly? Was this an online offer? Do you have any screenshots regarding this offer?

  • Hi, Thanks for replying and sorry for the slow response. I signed up with the sales person directly and as stated previously. I called him and he stated he submitted the form for the £100 credit. I do have his name but would rather share that privately if needed. I don't have anything written as it was stated on the doorstep.
