Welcome to our forums and thank you for your first post. Sorry to hear you have not received your £100 credit from signing up with us. We want to do our best to understand and to help. Just to confirm, did you sign up with us directly? Was this an online offer? Do you have any screenshots regarding this offer?

Hi, Thanks for replying and sorry for the slow response. I signed up with the sales person directly and as stated previously. I called him and he stated he submitted the form for the £100 credit. I do have his name but would rather share that privately if needed. I don't have anything written as it was stated on the doorstep.
