Web safe not working AGAIN

Getting fed up of the parental controls turning themselves off all the time.

    Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. Sorry to hear of the Websafe issues. We've checked the system and they are currently on at the moment. Is this now fixed? 

    You also don't use any VPN do you? Best wishes.

      No I don't use a VPN, it started working Sunday and today (Weds) it has stopped again, so frustrating!

        Thanks for letting us know. Sorry to see that this is intermittent. Just to confirm, have you been able to try resetting your online account password  and updating cookies and cache to see if this helps?
