web safe isnt working

Im a new virgin media fibre customer - and yesterday I set up web safe, restricting different categories of websites that can be viewed.  10 mins later, it all worked.

One day later - the restrictions arnt working - Ive gone into my account settings, and can see the restrictions are still listed there.  Ive disabled them, and added them in again, and still its not working

 

Any idea why?

    From the device on which Web Safe appears to not be working, go to https://one.one.one.one/help. Is the AS Name value reported as Virgin Media?

      Yes.  The AS name is virgin media … and websafeis  currently not working.. it was working earlier, and then didn’t, and then did, and then didn’t.  It’s so intermittent.   It currently doesn’t work across any devices on my network

        I'm very sorry to hear you're having some trouble with Essential Security (fka Websafe) recently. Can you confirm if this is impacting all devices that are connected too, or only certain ones? If it's only certain ones, can you confirm which devices are impacted?
