Virgin AntVirus with package.

Question

I keep getting messages to renew my Fsecure antivirus subscription I thought that was included with my broadband on tv package. Call anybody give me any advice on this as its due in the next two weeks

My fsecure is saying expired after I have paid for extra banking security with Virgin Its not working at all now. What is going on.
